Keeping Everyone Safe

Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of all who come to St Saviour's is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment for everyone in our parish community.

Our Commitment

A Safe Parish forEveryone

St Saviour's Catholic Church is committed to safeguarding as an integral part of the life of the Church. We follow the national policies and procedures of the Catholic Church in England and Wales, working in partnership with the Archdiocese of Southwark.

Our safeguarding practices apply to everyone who participates in parish life - children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We ensure that all clergy, staff, and volunteers who work with these groups are carefully selected, trained, and supported.

We are committed to responding promptly and appropriately to all safeguarding concerns, working with statutory authorities when necessary, and continuously reviewing and improving our safeguarding practices.
